Personal Training
​I have a degree in Exercise Science and 4+ years of training one on one and now teaching in groups.  I have a background in track, soccer, tennis, olympic weightlifting, two figure competitions, I am certified in kettlebells and pre-post natal training.

Based on your current health, movement status and fitness goals we will design a program to help steer you on the path to feeling better in your body.  Whether you are looking to increase strength, flexibility, body mass, or lose body fat I will provide support and uplift you to find the freedom that comes from moving confidently and smoothly in your body.
Cardio & Conditioning is a class I teach Privately, outdoors
and also at East River Pilates Studio.  
I guide you through an interval training circuit that is
designed to make you sweat, elevate your heart and uplift your spirit.
