​​ My whole being has changed and opened from a consistent yoga practice ! The body heals faster, I'm more flexible and thus free to move with more ease and grace.  I have trained in Hatha Yoga for 2 months in India, and taken several trainings in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow 350RYS incorporating tantra, meditation, and embodying archetypal goddesses.
 I bring my knowledge of Anatomy, Bodywork, Meditation and Spirituality to the yoga mat to become more embodied.  I want you to also feel your best and it would be an honor to help guide you on the yogic healing path.

Meditation 

​For over 6 years now, I make time to sit in stillness daily.
I first entered Kadampa Buddhist Meditation in Brooklyn and this set me on my path.
In November 2013 I was blessed to travel to India for four months and study at various Ashrams, mainly at Santosh Puri Ashram with beloved Guru Mataji.  She gave me the name 'Lalitha', meaning "She who plays" and is another name for the Goddess Tripura Sundari.  There, I expanded my knowledge about austerities, mantra, chanting, karma yoga, and daily devotional meditation leaving me with a more healed and open heart. 
Ommmmmmm.

For some people guided mediation helps, for others focusing on an image, the breath, sound or music tone works best.  There are various ways to get in a more receptive, expanded state.  After all,  they say the Divine speaks to us through stillness and I definitely want to listen !
