With a degree in Exercise Science from Brookyn College, and background in personal training, she spent 9+ years exploring, certifying and cultivating these gifts that she shares with humanity and you. 

From yoga, mindful movement or utilizing hands on healing/massage, Natalie is very dynamic and uses science, intuition and her heart. 

She is also certified as a Tao Tantric Arts and Cosmic Sexuality facilitator which is recognized by the Universal Healing Tao. Natalie is also passionate about educating women and couples to explore their body, sexual energy and anatomy — to come into inner alignment, and to integrate this aspect of themselves for a healthier and juicier life and partnership.  

Her offerings have supported nationally ranked athletes, grammy nominated artists, fellow healers, mothers, and awakening beings that desire a range of sacred and customized healing and therapeutic experiences.

 A Glimpse into My own Journey

In 2010 I had just completed my undergrad in exercise science from Brooklyn College, and started personal training — but something else began whispering to me. 

I followed the signs and found myself in a thai yoga massage training. 

 I kept going deeper and deeper, I started meditating, I started to sense more subtle energy around me and my clients. I tried several different healing and therapeutic modalities.

I started to care less and less about external looks, superficial conversations, goals and people. I started receiving all sorts of healing modalities and practices as well.

I began to reconnect to myself from the inside out. 

 At a chance encounter, I met a yoga master from India and I knew that I would one day go and live. I was still training clients, but began asking more existential questions about life… and caring less and less about how much weight a person could lift.

“Where was the soul in all of this?” I asked.

 In 2013 I left everything to go to an ashram in northern India, unsure of what was to unfold. 

10 years later, I’ve taken three levels of thai massage training, I’m certified in over 350hrs+ of yoga, reiki master, trained in zero balancing, thetahealing and explored various forms of meditation and breathwork. 

The experience was, needless to say, absolutely life changing, and that’s why I’m here sharing these practices with you. 

 

I look more youthful, I am vibrant, healthy, strong, flexible, my immune system is strong, I am able to resource and listen to myself. I am more patient, compassionate and understanding of myself and others. 

I feel more present and in my body than ever. Its scary at times — but I know it’s the place to lean in. I know the more that we can be present with ourselves and one another… we can heal, grow, and learn to collaborate and play with life. 

 All of these practices have helped me to raise my level of consciousness, strengthen my connection to my intuition, and I move and feel better every day. 

I am proof that meditation, yoga, and other healing and self care practices work! My hope is that you have me support you, to share this wealth of knowledge and experience — for you to increase your life span, feeling more open, energized and confident on your journey.

She is gentle and empathetic and makes you feel accepted and safe. I didn’t hesitate to express myself and even cry in front of her. Natalie will make you feel seen, heard, grounded, and able to release of stresses of your everyday life.
