More about my own yogic training and influences…

  • I took my first yoga class in 2001, however didn’t fully commit to a consistent practice until 2013.

  • I Lived in NYC for 16 years. In 2013 I started practicing 6 days a week at Laughing Lotus yoga and had inspiring teachers and mentors.

  • I met a yoga teacher that lived in India, so I made a commitment and went to live and train in Hatha Yoga for 4 months at Santosh Puri Ashram, India.

  • I let go of my attachments and expectations; even let go of getting my yoga teacher certification.

  • A series of events led me to a group of women training in south India, Goa at the start of 2014.

  • I got certified in Ashtanga vinyasa yoga that also included depth in the Maha Vidya’s (10 goddess energies), tantra, pranayama, and meditation.

  • I continued on my journey and training, I taught anatomy and completed more hours of my yoga certification in the fall of 2014 in Ubud, Bali. I have trained in 450+ yogic hours.

    I always returned to NYC and incorporated more experiences for my clients, that included yoga, bodywork & energy healing, movement, and breath.

  • In 2018 I completed a Tao Tantric healing arts training, that was very powerful and incorporated qi gong and many other healing and self care practices that I still incorporate and infuse in each of my classes and private offerings.

  • I have taught embodied anatomy, chakra workshop series, yogic foundations and breath courses. I have created custom classes, taught at yoga studio, pilates studios and a healing center in the heart of Manhattan, NYC.

  • I bring a vast understanding and depth of practice to these classes and private sessions.

Integrate your Form through the unique BODY 5D experience. Natalie combines elements of qi gong, yoga, and infuses the ‘air/ether’ session with a focus on pranayama and breath techniques to open, and expand your lungs as well as incorporate sound vibration to awaken and harmonize the chakras. Each class closes with a breath meditation to contain your astral magic.

Each class ends with a breath meditation to anchor your dynamic waters.
