Whats blocking ‘the spark'?

TIME: We get it; you’re working, the kids (?) taking care of the home is an endless job in itself. It seems there is never enough time in the day or week to have quality touch, presence or simply time alone.

STRESS: All of these things contribute to the stress and armor we wear, tension in the body, the weight we carry and mental overwhelm, plus, your attention is being called for in 1000 places. You don’t FEEL sexy.

THE PAST: If there are unresolved disputes, conflicts or emotions from the past, that create a block from current love making, or creating deeper connection. Healing and getting up to date is key for your growth and passion!

Namaste Beloveds!

I am an alive, passionate and awakened woman. (it’s ongoing!)
Currently living in Key west, Florida. with 16 years of living, loving and growing in NYC.

Some may know me as a yogini, a bodyworker and energy healer… To some I could be called a tantrika : But aside from labels I am on the souls journey just like you.

I long for depth, intensity, passion and soulful nourishing connections.

I love creating sacred spaces for transformation, healing, igniting your soul, and creating authentic and loving connection.

I love educating in all the things I have trained in, and I am HONORED to be a guide for you and with you and your beloved!

With an foundation in exercise science and personal training, I have also trained in healing, therapeutic, yogic and in sacred sexual tantric arts as well :)

And I bring all my trainings and experiences with me, for your benefit!

In 2018 I certified as a Tao Tantric Sacred Womens Facilitator in Ubud, Bali with Minke de Voss and Shashi Solluna.

I certified as a Cosmic Sexuality facilitator in 2020 with Victoria Leanna and husband Shalom Malchezidek

At this point, I desired a partner to explore a lot of these practices with so in 2020 I aligned with a beloved for 2 years that we could explore a lot of these practices together. Its one thing to ‘train’ in an art or craft, but another to have embodied experiences to truly speak from.

In 2023, I Attended an immersion and trained with Justin patrick pierce and his wife, Londin winters, in ‘The yoga of intimacy’, in Sarasota Fla, Which anchored in SOO many of these practices that I will also share with you.

I learned that just like on the yoga mat, you could be motivated to get to the headstand, or a fancy balancing pose to then ‘feel really confident’.

However, just like in the bedroom — you could learn all these ‘fancy’ techniques, but lack the foundation of breath & energy understanding. Or not know how to even be present with yourself or your partner, or get stuck ‘performing’, like all the pronography taught us…

BUT THESE FOUNDATIONS — CREATE LASTING HEAT! ;)
