Her emphasis on alignment, core, and breath.

She is able to incorporate various forms of meditation, and pranayama (breath control), to help strengthen the nervous system, calm the mind, shift energy, and cultivate deeper internal connection and peace.

Natalie has studied in India with yogic masters in Hatha yoga and is certified 350hr+ in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and loves Kundalini yoga.
